Nah, the actual reason during the 7 year period of young Link becoming an adult, an all out war with the stalchild and Peahats began and basically cause both sides to become extinct during adult links timeline! That explains why neither of them are in the future! :p

I have always thought Stal- was just a prefix for skeletal enemies, -fos a suffix similar to folk. For example Stalfos are skeletonfolk, Lizalfos are lizardfolk, dinofos dinosaurfolk, Wolfos is wolffolk. As for Stalchild they are some kind of unnatural creature being the children of darkness or Ganondorf or something along those lines.

In the same way writers write what they know. Auonuma made what he felt (and saw). I wonder what the Deku scrubs looked like for him?

Ayyyyyyeeeeee Infamous Zelda is back in a new look but the same great style! Easily one of my favorite Zelda theorists! Anyway, I never gave much thought to Stalchildren other than they were annoying. I didn’t even knew they grew in size until I saw videos showing it. I think it’s telling that they only appear to Link in child form. I assumed they’re still in Hyrule Field when Link is an adult but they don’t want to mess with Link since he’s bigger than they are and they only try to attack weaker beings like children. I agree that I don’t think they’re “children” in the literal sense, however I can see them as “children” of a greater force. Honestly the Hero of Twilight Link being trained by the Hero of Time in TP made me think that Hero of Time turned into a sort of Stalfos so I just kinda thought they were sometimes what warriors can turn into until I remembered what happens when you get lost in the Lost Woods. Definitely makes me rethink a lot about their place in Zelda lore now! Great video bro! So hyped!!!

It's an absolute masterpiece too and the fact that every task and every dungeon can be replayed with all the various upgrades along the way makes the game have a gameplay loop that isn't seen in many titles.

I think the word child refers to something else. Much in the same way that bats are children of the night. These beings are a part of the stal, whatever that would entail, and thus are "children" to the greater whole (the stal) but who knows?

Someone tell Miyamoto to make games where link is involved with the story games like Skyward sword wind waker twilight princess ocarina of time Majora's mask i love open world games but i love story driven games that play like the games i listed unlike breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom

Not only that, the cut content of ocarina was reused for at least definitely Majora's mask, Twilight Princess, AND wind waker. Ura zelda was all the dungeons you WOULD see if the ura zelda project was completed. Ura zelda was like the second quest for beta Ocarina. The map had a swamp and ice temple. And that 1 year deadline was Miyamoto's challenge to Aonuma. If developed a whole zelda gane under a year was met, they weren't Going to make Ura zelda for Ocarina of time. Beta ocarina was a HUGE project. The one we got was Super corner cut. I can say the final products for majora and definitely twilight princess were AMAZING! Love that all ideas from Nintendo are never wasted!

There's this thing called a panic blood moon which is when the game senses something is wrong and it will trigger a blood moon even if there's a normal moon in the sky,so like if a monster or a puzzle starts to glitch out in some way the game will reset everything using the blood moon out of nowhere

Funfact:romani the farm girl and her sister cremia are both sisters and cremia struggles to keep going trough Romani even mentions Kafei and that indeed that cremia has a crush for Kafei The fact is when you safe them it's starts to get better since she mostly got robbed but finally gets to deliver a new part of milk jugs Afterwards you can replay it and with a low chance cremia gives you a big hug On the last day romani asks for cremia to sleep in cremias room/bed and etc gets allowed by cremia even taste the Château romani wich is a alcoholic milk When you visit them before the moon crashes down the last hours Cremia and romani go from the barn to dinner and then cremia let's romani taste the milk because she thinks she's and adult not just that the milk also let's people get sleepy and both drink the Château romani so they don't feel any pain while the moon crashes down dying in the most harmless and sleepy way
